1) Just finished watching Marley & Me on HBO, then spent 20 minutes reading about dogs on Wikipedia. Want a puppy. This is in no way amplified by the fact that my coworker Sarah got the cutest puppy ever invented by God a few weeks ago, and continues to bring it into the office because it still can’t stay home alone. (That little guy is adorable. His name is Porter, and his legs are so stubby he has to hop instead of run.)

2) The movie also made me want to write more. Or, specifically, made me want to want to write more. (Which kind of reminds me of a philosophical question I had over lunch – if you’re happy being depressed, what does that make you? Or perhaps more importantly, what does that say about you?)

3) On a D&D related note, just read Paizo’s Summoner class and, man. I am immensely happy someone made a Final Fantasy XII style summoner. There’s a few things I question (primarily, that 1 minute summoning time), but overall, a good start.
